Frequently Asked Teachable Questions

Q: Help! I can’t log in!
You should be able to log in at any time by going to this page.  If you’re still having problems:
1. Make sure you’re using the same email address you used to join the class.
2. The most common cause of failed log ins is people mistyping their email address at checkout. Check you’re receiving Teachable emails as expected. If you don’t have confirmations about your purchase and Teachable account, you’ve likely made a typo and will need to contact Teachable to update this. Let us know too, so we can make sure we’re emailing you the weekly reminders too!

Q: Why isn’t the course showing in my dashboard?
Make sure you’re trying to log in here.
You might also need to click a confirmation link sent to you by Teachable via email to add the class to your dashboard. Check back through your Teachable emails and make sure you’ve taken any action they’ve requested.
If you’re still having problems, it can be worth clearing your browser’s cache.

Q: How do I reset my password?
Due to data protection, we’re not able to change any part of your account. To do this, you need to log in and update your profile, or contact Teachable support.

Q: Why can’t I access all the course materials yet?
The class is rolled out week by week to help students stay accountable and maintain progress. Occasionally, during update periods, parts of class will be locked until the updates are complete. If you need urgent access to any previous parts of the class before then, you can email admin@meandorla.co.uk to request access.

Q: Will you be using Teachable for future courses?
Nope! We’re currently in the process of having our own custom learning platform built, and all past Teachable students will be able to join us there in future. Keep an eye out for update emails in the Spring!
